getsignature.video is the marketing and beta-signup site for signature, a software product currently in pre-launch development. By using this site or submitting an email, you agree to these terms.
2. The waitlist is not a guarantee
Joining the waitlist or completing the beta application gives you a chance at early access. It does not guarantee access, ordering, or any specific timeline. We may select cohorts at our discretion.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit fraudulent or automated signups (bots, scripts, fake emails).
- Submit emails belonging to people who have not consented.
- Attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer the site.
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
4. Intellectual property
The signature name, logo, copy, hero artwork, and visual design are owned by us. You may not copy, redistribute, or use them without permission, except for normal browser caching.
5. The product may change
signature is in active development. Features described on this page or in the application may change before launch. We make no warranty that the final product will match every claim made on this page.
6. No warranty, no liability
This site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site.
7. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is governed by our privacy policy.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version number at the top of this page will reflect material changes. Continued use of the site after a material change constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv.
